Who uses our training?


I used the VibroGym before knee surgery and found that it really complimented the weights and cardiovascular training that I was doing in gym. I’ve used VibroGym after a work out in the gym, to do balance and rehabilitation exercises for my knee as well core stability and of course, for cool down and massage.

In terms of a workout, I find that you can really increase the intensity to make the exercise session quite challenging and a great workout. The great thing about Vibrogym is that I always feel really light and energised after a session on the VibroGym rather than heavy a lethargic….like I do after a regular gym session.

The Power Plate is a tool I find very necessary in my training, from recovery and stretching to utilizing every part of your body. It helps activate my system so that I can train at the highest level and I know I am going to get the best out of my training!

Olympic Skiers Using Power Plate


Britain’s number one female ski racer Chemmy Alcott is a lot faster on the piste than most skiers because she is now using the Power Plate® machine to help her get in prime condition for the slopes. Chemmy, 26, represents Britain in the World Cup Ladies’ Alpine Ski competition and was ranked 16th in the world during the 2007-2008 competition season. She can reach speeds of up to 90mph on the slopes but her racing was bought to a halt when she broke her ankle while training in Canada in November 2008. Team head coach Mark Tilston incorporated training on the Power Plate® machine into Chemmy’s fitness regime and it has become an important part of her return to form. “It has been very helpful in recovery and rehab and we use it a great amount for recovery sessions and massage,” says Chemmy.

“The Power Plate® machine contributed to Chemmy’s intensive rehabilitation programme, including proprioception, recovery and massage.
