MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At Vibrabody we're totally transparent about our membership terms and conditions. We want you to feel 100% comfortable with your membership so here's the fine print up front!

Money Back Guarantee
At Vibrabody we offer a 7 day cooling off period on all of our memberships. If for some reason you wish to discontinue your membership simply notify us in writing within the first 7 days and we will refund all monies paid in full.

Number of Sessions per Week
Any Vibrabody membership (except casual or session cards) entitles you to a maximum of three (3) sessions per week.  Unused sessions in one week are not transferable to subsequent weeks.

Vibrabody Standard Membership
The Vibrabody Standard membership is for a minimum 6 month term.  After your 6 month minimum term you can cancel at any time by providing 1 month's notice. Please note that 6 month direct debit memberships are ongoing payment memberships. Your nominated account will continue to be debited after the initial 6 months until we receive notification of cancellation (See details below).

Direct Debit Membership Cancellation
In order to cancel your direct debit after the minimum period determined by your membership type, you need to notify Vibrabody in writing.Your cancellation will take effect 30 days after it has been received by Vibrabody. Cancellations can be brought to us in person, or via email to rod@vibrabody.com.au. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that any emailed requests submitted have been received.

Price Increases and Changes to Membership Conditions
All members will be given one month's notice of any changes to the price or changes to the payment intervals or procedure by Vibrabody. Notice of the changes will be provided via notices displayed in the studio and via email where details have been supplied.

Membership Suspension 
Membership suspension is available on our Standard Memberships.   A maximum of  2 weeks in total every 6 months is permitted, which must be taken as a 2 week block.  Requests for membership suspension must be submitted in writing via email to rod@vibrabody.com.au.  Month to Month Memberships do not include a membership suspension option.

Membership Suspension – Medical
Medical suspension may be granted upon presentation of a valid medical certificate and can be granted for a maximum period of 3 months. In order for any credit of fees to be granted the member must notify us within 2 weeks of being unable to attend the facility. Medical suspensions will not be backdated any longer than 2 weeks.

Personal Training
Personal Training fees are payable one (1) month in advance.  Clients who give more than 24 hours notice of cancellation will not be charged training fees.  Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will incur full payment for the session.  All extenuating circumstances will be taken into account.
